Source : Yahoo AnswersQuestion : Has anyone ever had a psychic reading? If so was it quite specific to you or was it very general?

I would like to try to have a psychic reading done but am very skeptical about it. Wondering if anyone has ever had one and it answered questions that they have had.

Answer by Chosen1
99.9% of the time it is intuition. Intuition is not a psychic ability. There is 1 person that, in my opinion, was undoubtedly psychic and I’ve met 5 or 6 in my lifetime that claimed to be but weren’t, and sadly I feel that this is a good portion of them… but there are a couple I just can’t explain. Your chances of finding someone like that are slim to none but they have such an aura around them that you will know if you should ever meet them.

That said, there are many forms of Divination that you can do on your own.

Answer by elizabeth.mackay@ymail.com
I have never had one done but I do know that if the person doing the reading follows the proper beliefs involved with that type of activity, they won’t charge you. You should really ask around. There are psychic who don’t advertise their gifts but when ask will provide readings usually for free.

Before I became a Christian, I had a gal name Rosa who read tarot cards. She was right on. But she was old school. Now it’s a crap shoot.

Answer by –>it’s court<--...!:)
No, I never did. But my cousin has before. The psychic said that she would meed someone special, and become her boyfriend. She said that is was going to be someone that lives near her. About 1 or 2 later she meant him. They lived like only 3 houses away from each other. They were together for 6 years, they just recently broke up though.

That is things of satan, and Not to be intertained.
The Bible tells us anything we want to know, and if
you can’t find an answer, you can take it to God or either
you are not meant to know.
God bless.

Answer by LatinaAngel
Well when my mom had one she was weirded out because of how specific and detailed their knowledge of her was. They new everything about her past relationships and her current relationship, her relationship with co-workers and family, they also knew some things about her friends and “friendships”she said it was worth it

Answer by debbielewis05
That is nothing but the devil if you do have a reading you are only opening up yourself to satanic cults among other things, just believe in god, if you want to know what your future, love life. or anything else about yourself just ask god and read the Bible it will all be revealed to you. god bless you and stay away from those psychics readings.

Answer by Yasi
Well, a lot of people believe the cards to be evil or satanic… When I read for others I usually get 80% accuracy. The 20% I misinterpret has to do with people who want date specific predictions. I’m able to give time frame predictions. I’m not psychic by any means, I like to call myself intuitive. I go to one person for my personal readings, as I refuse to read on my personal life and he’s always right on the money.
Your question will definitely be answered if you seek a out a good reader.

Source : Yahoo AnswersQuestion : How can I get the most out of my psychic reading?

I’ve never had a psychic reading before, but I stumbled into a little hippie store the other day and booked an appointment with a psychic (tarot reader) for this saturday. My mother passed away when I was young, and I didn’t get a lot of answers regarding her death. How can I get the most out of my psychic reading? Should I ask her questions? What has your experience with psychics been?

On your 7th Birthday it will be better. That is in a week I believe.

You believe in psychic readings? Only infants do.

Answer by Angel
Firstly let me explain to you that being a psychic without being gifted is actually a sin since it is pleading from the Devil for power.

If you cross such person and allow him/her to use the Devil to intrude your life you will be a major sinner.

Of course there are alot of fake people.

But the safest and most significant way is to ask a Priest or your heart.

Questions are just words you ask to satisfy curiousity. You won’t die from it.

Say there is a secret..

That every question asked .. God has already implaneted the answers deep within your heart.

Hello

Well you would have been by now.

For contact with a loved one you need a Medium, so the Tarot Reader will be a Clairvoyant, with or without Mediumistic abilities. So you may not get the answers on that level you wish.

I hope that it went well for you.

Sadhara

Source : Yahoo AnswersQuestion : What is your experience of psychics?

I asked this question earlier(like 8am!)and am hoping for a bigger response. Have you ever been to a psychic/had cards read etc and what was your experience? Is it a good idea?

Answer by ChainLightning ⅜
It seems clear that psychics can be explained in one of three ways: (1) they truly are psychic; (2) they are frauds, taking advantage of people’s gullibility and weaknesses; or (3) they’re deluded and self-deceived. Of the three options, the least probable is option number one.

“When confidential information leaks out of an organization, people suspect a spy, not a psychic.”

well to be honest .. ive been through many psychics .. wove told me colorful things.. but 3 years on none of those came true.. , they were just empty promises made for money or for their own thrills..

Trust in god and NEVER try to interpret your future. There is no beauty in life if you know what to anticipate :))

The old occult saying of “Know Thyself” sounds merely like a cliché that seems overused in many circumstances in the occult. What does this term mean? How does knowing yourself and the power of “I” effect you as a person.

I would like to share a short biography of my life as a brief example. I would like to make clear the synopsis of this essay is to essentially show how the Will affects the the magical user through magick, but this is not an summary of playing the victim of ‘poor me.’ There are other people with worse things than what I serve an example of in life, but I only know my experiences from my personal perception.
