Source : Yahoo AnswersQuestion : I don’t have a ouija board, but I’m terrified of them. Help?

I do not own a ouija board and I don’t know anyone who does, but I am terrified of these mythical objects. I watched a video of people using them and it scared me very much. I also read things on here about experiences. I am very scared and I’d like to know how to overcome this fear! I just need to know that there is nothing to be scared of. Please don’t post anything stupid, this is serious! Help!

Answer by Twunt
then you are a slave

Answer by Desire to Feed Fire
It seems you’re retarded, so I’ll keep this simple..

Stay away from Ouija boards, and you should have absolutely nothing to worry about.

Answer by Me
Consult the spirits through a Ouija board, they will guide you to conquering these fears.

Answer by Deb R
As long as you not messing with those ouija board..you shouldn’t have fear of them.

Answer by diet coke
ouija boards are used to talk to spirits of people who lived once just like you so spirits are not all bad. i think ouija board is actually pretty cool if you think about it you can talk to people who are not here anymore. if you have a big fear of paranormal, than you could talk to an expert or a counseller (sorry i dont know how to spell that) or just a friend. Movies and ghost stories make people believe that all spirits are bad when they aren’t all evil.

Answer by Craig
by a ouija board and snap it in half. If you dont get possessed you knows its not real.

Answer by greene
funny i should run into this question. i was just playing ouija last night.
it’s just a game, no worries. there’s NO reason to fear them. i’ve been playing since i was 15 (im 17) and nothing bad has ever happened. it’s rather boring after the initial satisfaction actually. all you do is talk to spirits, some of them are intelligent, some of them not so much…

Seriously, they sell them at Toys R Us, how scary could they be?
peace out (:

Answer by K ✡
You are wise to stay away from them!!! You don’t need to be terrified by them, just have nothing to do with them and you will be fine!

There is a reason why scary things happen when people use ouija boards! When someone plays with an ouija board , they are opening up themselves to the occult! They are into satans territory. And satan and his demons have legal right to cause havoc on those who use them! So don’t play with fire!

There are other things ( and there is a long list ) . that you should stay away from as well…. Like playing bloody Marry or tarot cards .
As well as the natural world there is a supernatural world…. we can’t see that world.
A very good way to be safe from the occult is by inviting Jesus into your life. If your not sure what to do email me. Those who are Christian are safe from those things unless they dabble into those things that are forbidden in the bible. But Christians have more protection than those who are non Christian!

sooner or later greene your going to run into trouble unless you repent. Don’t be deceived!!!

@ ℒ’amour est ℒe chaos………… when you find out whats behind those things that have to do with the occult ….. you would have a very good reason to be fearful!!!

I wouldn’t listen to Craig’s advise

I wouldn’t listen to diet coke either

the only other person you should listen to is Deb R

Answer by ℒ’amour est ℒe chaos
Okay for one thing its not a “mythical object” its an “occult object” or “divination tool”

Get therapy your fears are irrational. Even people who think they work arent afraid of them when they arent even aroound.

Source : Yahoo AnswersQuestion : In tarot reading what does ace of hearts mean?

what does the card ace of hearts denote?

Answer by starrdevine
Good luck and success in any venture.

Answer by Miss Zora
Aces are timing cards. Ace of Hearts means Spring is the time. The event is based on the other cards in the reading, be it a relationship, business venture, health, etc.

Answer by msbrightside_j
Feelings of emotional fulfilment and contentment. Open to new opportunities which could include a new relationship, a deeper commitment to an existing relationship, birth of child or new level of fulfilment. Positive for relationships. Either the start of a relationship or the deepening of an existing one. Can denote a relationship with someone is helping you to connect to your spiritual purpose. Your cup runneth over with love. Spiritually an opening of the heart chakra.

Answer by Endymion
In Tarot, Aces always begin a matter. I’m also a little perplexed, and not to make fun of you….but I’m certain there are no “hearts” in Tarot. There are cups, which is the heart equivalent….
The Ace of Cups could indicate the beginning of affairs of the heart, increase in peace in the home, things of a watery nature. Emotions, the subconscious, the psyche; all governed by water, and in Tarot water is the ruling element of cups.
Hope this helps

Answer by farmacistdmc
First, playing cards are not Tarot. There are systems of divination that have assigned meaning to the playing cards, but they are not Tarot.
Now, as you can see from several other answers. Everyone has there own opinion. All forms of Divination rely on the principle of synocrocity (see Karl Jung). Which basically means that you find meaning or a pattern in things that on the surface appear to have nothing to do with each other.
Now because you and your subconscious have worked out your own language to communicate back and forth with each other. The best way to answer this question is to ask you, “What do you think the ace of hearts denotes?”
Think about it, meditate about it and you’ll know. If you don’t see what other people think about it and the n decide if that’s what it means to you or not.
Good Luck.
Blessed Be!

Answer by sybil_the_soothsayer
The Ace of Cups (Hearts) is a symbol of possibility in the area of deep feelings, intimacy, attunement, compassion and love. In readings, it shows that a seed of emotional awareness has been planted in your life although you may not yet recognize it. When the seed sprouts, it could take almost any form. It might be an attraction, strong feeling, intuitive knowing, or sympathetic reaction. On the outside, it could be an offer, gift, opportunity, encounter or synchronistic event.

Answer by PsiTips
The ace of hearts is not a tarot card. You would need to look at cartomancy meanings for that. http://www.luckymojo.com/cartomancy.html

But in tarot the ace of hearts becomes the Ace of Cups http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/project/3/01_cups.shtml

If you are using Tarot cards as an oracle, you may be more inclined to read card meanings and spreads. But if using Tarot Cards as a tool for Psychic Ability you would be less likely to hold to any hard and fast guide lines. I’m a profession psychic and use Tarot Cards in a random way. In 25 years of professional readings I’ve never used any ‘meanings, spreads or reversals’ of tarot cards from any books.

So if you want to develop ‘Psychic Ability’ throw the books and guidelines away and let the images inspire you. But you may need to try the Rider Waite or another imaged deck.

Here’s the how-to of reading tarot cards with your psychic perception in six simple steps. http://www.psychic-junkie.com/reading-tarot-cards.html

You can use this four minute video as a brief meditation on the tarot that, repeatedly viewed, will help you learn how to read tarot cards psychically. http://www.psychic-junkie.com/tarotvision.html

To tap in to it more you can go to my free psychic development pages here: http://www.psychic-junkie.com/develop-psychic-ability.html

But on the other hand, if you want to use the Tarot as an oracle, a form of divination that needs no real ‘psychic ability’, then keep the books and use the meanings and spreads if you prefer.

Here is a free download demo for a great Tarot program. To keep the size of the demo manageable it contains the Rider/Waite deck, the actual program will have 10 complete decks. This Demo version of Tarot is a full working copy for 30 days. So you get 30 days to study meanings and spreads! http://www.free-tarot-download-demo.wotsnext.com

There are a couple of good documentaries about the Tarot on http://www.MyPathTV.net

Hi! I am Kathy, a clairvoyant, clairaudient, and clairsentient psychic, as well as a fully-conscious medium. I do not use tools, so if you are looking for tarot, astrology or anything like that, sorry that’s not me!.

I have been psychic since childhood, tracing my abilities back several generations, through my mother and grandmother on my mom’s Irish side, and to at least my grandmother on my dad’s Polish side. We all get our gifts from God, and no other place.

The first time I really remember using my abilities was when I was about 10- we were lost on a trip to visit relatives who had bought a new house and farm in a different state. I was able to navigate our way to the relative’s house, and once there knew where everything was, even down to the silverware drawer! Deja vu, indeed!
